It shows  Contact details of all those Users, who have posted their properties / requirements/ office details to our registered Users/Viewers .

It shows  Contact details of all those property dealers/ Document writers, who have posted their office details along with their office sign board and visiting card to our registered/ unregistered Users .

The Website gives general information regarding rental properties / rental requirements / Buyer’s requirements /Properties for Sale/Lists of Property Dealer, Document Writer  as posted by our registered Users.

The Website does not recommend or promote or Certify or favor any property/ requirement/ Property Dealer/Document Writer listed on the Site.

We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site www.ourpropertyplatform.com .

www.ourpropertyplatform.com only verify Mobile by OTP (  One Time Password ) of the users during Registration Process of Users. We do not verify other contact details  and their posted  properties / requirements/ office details .  Owners / Property Dealers / Buyers / Tenants / Document Writers are solely liable for authenticity of uploaded contact details  and their posted  properties / requirements/ office details .

www.ourpropertyplatform.com   has the sole power to review  upload, delete, reject or edit any information / image provided / posted by any user along with their contact details.

Registration:

The User to be entitled to avail the Services shall have to complete the one time registration process (‘Registration Process’) as provided below:

Every User has to register himself/herself to  postrental properties / rental requirements / Buyer’s requirements /Properties for Sale / Enlistment in  Property Dealers ‘s list / Enlistment in Document Writers’ List .

Every User has to register himself/herself to  see the contact details of those person(also known as  Contact Person) who have posted rental properties / rental requirements / Buyer’s requirements /Properties for Sale / Enlistment in  Property Dealers ‘s list / Enlistment in Document Writers’ List .

The Registration Process involves the creating of a login ID by the User.

At the time of registration, User gives his Contact Details :

1). Who is User : Property Dealer or Owner or Tenant or Buyer or Document Writer or Viewer

2).Name

3).E-Mail ( user will receive email from www.ourpropertyplatform.com)

4). Mobile No.( Mobile Number becomes Login ID for this website)User create Password of his choice as per registration form.We verify your mobile before your account can be used.We only verify Mobile by OTP (  One Time Password ) of the users during Registration Process of Users. www.ourpropertyplatform.com does not verify other contact details.

5). City and

6). Pin Code

User shall be sole liable for all posting sent through the User’s Account. Any liability arising out of your any posting shall be solely to User’s Accountand www.ourpropertyplatform.com shall not take any responsibility for the same. It is User’s sole responsibility to  take due care to protect login ID and password against misuse by others .

You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete or not in accordance with these Terms of Use, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your user account on the Website and refuse to provide you with access/use to/of the Website.

 This is essential   for sale, purchase, renting and other Properties matters. Interested Users can contact all those contact persons, who have posted their rental properties / rental requirements / Buyer’s Requirement /Properties for Sale   / Enlistment in  Property Dealers ‘s list / Enlistment in Document Writers’ List  them by Phone/mobile/ E- mail . All those Users who want to post their properties / requirements/ office details but do not want to share their contact details to our registered Users / Viewers / Visitors  can leave www.ourpropertyplatform.com  immediately. They are requested  immediately to terminate their use of www.ourpropertyplatform.com  .

Owner/ Property dealers  of rental properties / Properties for Sale has not any objection if other interested Users or those group or individuals who are doing the business of sale, purchase, renting etc. of properties use their contact details for rental, sale purchase of properties.

Owner/ Property dealers /Tenants/Buyers/ Document Writers has not any objection if interested  Users of our website use their contact details for rental /sale, purchase ,requirements.

Postings By Registered Userson www.ourpropertyplatform.com :

The Website gives general informational regarding rental properties / rental requirements / Buyer’s requirements , Properties for Sale ,Office address and contact details of enlisted property dealers and document writers.

User shall be sole liable for the correctness, legitimacy, authenticity, of any details posted on the site .

Owners / Property Dealers / Buyers / Tenants / Document Writers/ viewers are solely liable for authenticity of uploaded contact details  and their posted  properties / requirements/ office details . We  does not verify the authenticity of uploaded postings by users along with their contact details.

Any liability arising due to  that posting  shall not be borne by us and User shall keep the us  indemnified and harmless in this regard.

Any Property Dealer or any other User, who post properties  details for rent or sale including photographs of the properties  of his/her Clients for potential Tenants /Buyers ,is fully responsible for his/her posting. Property Dealer or User is sole liable to acquire and receive all mandatoryapproval from the Owner of such property including photographs to post property details  onwww.ourpropertyplatform.com. Any liability arising due to  that posting  shall not be borne by us and Property Dealer or User shall keep us indemnified and harmless in this regard.

You are solely responsible for taking backup copies of your posting.

Any Interaction /Deals/ Agreement/ Transaction Between Users
